Our Registered Psychologist provides evidence-based care for concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment following injury or motor vehicle accidents (MVA). We work closely with your rehabilitation team to support your recovery from both a physical and psychological perspective.

Treatment is personalized and may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused approaches. Sessions are supportive, goal-oriented, and tailored to help you build coping strategies, improve resilience, and regain function.

This service is currently focused on individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents and related injuries.

DIRECT BILLING: Covered under motor vehicle accident insurance (Section B). No out-of-pocket payment required in most cases.
